TRANSPORT INFORMATION

We offer free standard delivery on worldwide orders. We have our own warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, China and other places. According to the address you place your order, we will give priority to sending directly from Chinese warehouse to your order address, or use a local warehouse based on the inventory of the product. 
 

Processing Time
Before the shipping, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order, timing depends on the actual situation(Public Holidays/Weekends excluded)
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is insufficient
Shipping Time
You will receive your package within 5-7 business days if your order is shipped from local warehouse.
You will receive your package within 7-14 business days if your order is shipped from China’s warehouse.
The choice of delivery warehouse will be determined according to our overseas storage and your delivery address.
Force majeure factors may lead to an extension of the delivery time, if the delivery time exceeds the expected, please contact us immediately.
 

Please note that expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
 

 We will send the tracking number of parcel to your mailbox between 1 to 3 business days as soon as your order is shipped. You can also contact us anytime if you want to know where your stuff is. We will be at your service anytime.

We try to ensure that all your items arrive at your hands at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are available, depending on the product. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.
