How to track logistics?

We will send the tracking number of parcel to your mailbox between 1 to 3 business days as soon as your order is shipped. You can also contact us anytime if you want to know where your stuff is. We will be at your service anytime.

How long can I get my item?

The product will be shipped within 1-3 days after purchasing, and the delivery time is subject to the selected logistics and region. Delivery from the local warehouse, you will receive the package in 3-7 days; If shipping from China's warehouse, delivery time is 7-14 days. Force majeure may cause the delivery time to be extended.

CanI return the product?

How to Warranty？

(1) If it is a software problem, we can upgrade the software for free, and you can simply upgrade the software of the machine.

(2) If the accessories are broken, we will provide new accessories for free within the warranty period (24 months). If the warranty period has expired, we will charge the cost of the accessories.

(3) If it is a hardware problem, it is within the warranty period (24 months). You can send it to our designated after-sales address, and we will repair it for you free of charge. If the warranty period has passed, we will charge a certain fee according to the situation.
